Every project runs through the same six stages, from the first conversation to final handover, so you always know what comes next.

The process

Structured from start to finish.

You tell us about the project, as little as an idea is enough to start.

We visit the property to understand the site. There is no charge for this.

Where required, we help coordinate initial design, architectural drawings, planning and building regulations.

Projects are priced per square metre, with a detailed quotation provided.

The build is managed through construction programmes, weekly meetings and weekly targets.

The project moves through final commissioning to a complete handover.

During construction

Once on site, the build is managed against a construction programme, reviewed with you through regular meetings and measured against weekly targets.
